General Notices for Visitors
The rubrics of the Extraordinary Form of Mass require that Holy Communion be given on the tongue and kneeling. Those who cannot kneel because of illness, frailty or old-age are not obliged to kneel and are welcome to stand when receiving Holy Communion (though still on the tongue).
Parking – Do not park in the under-cover parking bay on the immediate left of Charles O’Neill Way. Parking is available further down, or on West St.
Please do not park in yellow-striped bay which is reserved for the St Vincent de Paul Night Patrol vans.
Please leave closer parking bays available for elderly and less mobile Mass-goers.

Fr.Wong is away on scheduled leave from 12th November until 4th December.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or delegated adult when using the bathrooms. As we are close to the train station and major roads, children must be supervised at all times.
Annual Requiem for Parishioners
The annual Requiem Mass for Parishioners of Maternal Heart of Mary and deceased FSSP priest will take place on Thursday 8th November, 7pm at the Nursing home chapel, Lewisham.
All deceased parishioners and benefactors of Maternal Heart of Mary community, including those whom you have enrolled for the Novena of Masses and for those whom you wish to include will have Mass offered for them during the current Novena of Masses and a remembrance at every Mass for the whole of November.
Sunday 18th November
Both Masses on Sunday 18th November will be held at St.Patrick’s Summer Hill as St.Thomas Beckett Church has a long-standing booking for a wedding that day. Low Mass 10am. Sung Mass 12pm.
Requiem Memorial Mass, 10th November
On Saturday November 10th, 2018, there will be a solemn Requiem Memorial Mass for Lynette Fitzpatrick and Rosalind Waters (nee Phillips) at 11am at St.Thomas Beckett Church, Lewisham. There will be a small reception afterwards in the courtyard of Maternal Heart of Mary Chapel.

November 1: All Saints’ Day

6pm: Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
7pm: Mass of All Saints
November 2: All Souls’ Day

6.25pm: Low Mass
7pm: Sung/Solemn Requiem Mass
There will also be Masses said at Girraween and Campion College

St.Patrick’s Summer Hill; Sundays 10am
Portable confesssional with screen available. Confessions start half an hour before Mass as usual and will go on as necessary if there are sufficient number of priests.
Toilets located in parish hall, on the other side of the parking lot.
Children must stay out of school-building areas, but are welcome to use play equipment if well-supervised.
St.Thomas of Canterbury, Lewisham; Sundays 12pm
Confessional is located rear-left.
We will maintain use of the usual toilets.
As we are guests, please let us ensure that the Church and bathrooms are kept clean and in good order. Children should always be supervised as we are in a different environment than they have been used to. As we are guests, let us always be good guests.
