General Notices for Visitors

The rubrics of the Extraordinary Form of Mass require that Holy Communion be given on the tongue and kneeling. Those who cannot kneel because of illness, frailty or old-age are not obliged to kneel and are welcome to stand when receiving Holy Communion (though still on the tongue).

Parking – Do not park in the under-cover parking bay on the immediate left of Charles O’Neill Way. Parking is available further down, or on West St.
Please do not park in yellow-striped bay which is reserved for the St Vincent de Paul Night Patrol vans.
Please leave closer parking bays available for elderly and less mobile Mass-goers.

November 12, 2019

Thank you to all the parents and children who participated and assisted with the All Saints’ Parade. Next year, 2020, All Saints’ Day will fall on a Sunday.


Children should not gather near the portable toilet area as it is in a quiet area.


Walk with Christ 2019

November 24th at 2.30pm. Gather together for Sydney’s annual procession of the Blessed Sacrament on the Solemnity of Christ the King. Meet at the corner of Martin Place and Pitt Street.


Fr.Wong will be away on scheduled break from November 15th to December 14th.


Piety Stall will open November 24th.


FSSP Regional Meeting

November 6, 2019

Next week, all the FSSP priests will be attending a Regional Meeting.

As such there will be NO EVENING MASS on the 12th of November and the Mass will be at 7am.

A plenary indulgence, applicable only to the souls in purgatory is granted:

– each and every day from Nov 1 to Nov 8, who devoutly visit a cemetery and there pray, if only mentally, for the departed
-on All Souls’ Day (or according to the judgment of the bishop, on the Sunday preceding or following it, or on the solemnity of All Saints), devoutly visits a church or an oratory and recites an Our Father and the Creed.


November Envelopes

November envelopes are available if you would like to inscribe departed family members or friends in the novena of Masses to be offered for the Holy Souls starting November 2nd. They will also be commemorated for the rest of the month in other Masses.

A heartfelt thank you for all those who organised and assisted at the community BBQ last Sunday. May God reward you.


We congratulate Oliver and Nahal on having received the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony yesterday. We also congratulate Cody and Mary who received the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony last weekend.


Due to the Christus Rex pilgrimage, there will be NO CATECHISM CLASSES this Friday. Classes resume the following week.


Traditionally the Sunday preceding the Feast of All Saints is the Feast of the Kingship of Our Lord Jesus Christ. One may gain a plenary indulgence by the public recitation of the Act of Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
